Jane Mudgett is a deeply experienced leader, certified coach, and trainer. She’s the author of Five Alive: Revitalize Your Life One Small Change at a Time. Jane helps women achieve success with Finance, Food, Fitness Friends, and Fun.
Jane has an extensive love and zest for travel and has visited all of the United States and all seven continents. Her favorite place is always her last trip. As a 15+ year cancer survivor, her key values are having new experiences and living her life to the fullest. Jane will add a tangible jolt of inspiration and information to any event or program.

AWC Tulsa is committed to your safety. We will be taking COVID precautions through the following measures:
- Tulsa Country Club staff will be wearing masks and serving each guest’s food in the buffet line.
- Seating will be limited to 6 per table.
- We request that AWC Tulsa members and guests wear masks until they are seated at their table. N95 masks will be available. We also encourage vaccination in accordance with CDC guidelines.
