Effectively communicating and engaging with employees who work virtually full- or part-time can bring challenges and opportunities. Jennifer Morlan, communications director for Kiwanis International, will share tips for communicating your organization’s external and internal messaging and ways to stay engaged with the workforce no matter where their office is located.

Presenter
Jennifer Morlan is the communications director for Kiwanis International, a service organization with clubs and members in more than 80 countries. Overseeing an in-person and remote staff, Morlan coordinates the global messaging and branding for Kiwanis and its family of programs, including Key Club International. Morlan previously held a variety of editing and leadership positions at The Indianapolis Star, including page-one editor, assistant managing editor and features editor.
