Jeanne Corvese Hussin is an award winning author, freelance writer, mentor, and former chief marketing officer. Her recent memoir, I See Old People is a humorous, inspirational, and loving story about leading with compassion. During her career, Jeanne coached and inspired many working professionals using humor and positive thinking to fuel successful outcomes. 

Jeanne will be our featured speaker for our September lunch and learn. She'll speak for 20 minutes with 10 minutes for Q&A. Her topic, leveraging the power of empathy to lead a more joyful life, will reveal how empathy is at the crux of every successful relationship. She'll share simple ways to put empathy into play in your personal and professional life and how it can help you navigate any social situation. Her upbeat delivery will inspire you to see the many ways you touch people and make a profound difference in today's global world. 

The Seattle Professional Chapter of the Association for Women in Communications invites all interested in networking and professional development to attend this exciting event. We will meet in the Bowler Room at Nine Hats Winery in SODO Urbanworks, in the heart of South Seattle, with ample parking.
