Program & Speaker Details
Most people readily admit they try to avoid conflict, but Marlene Chism says “Conflict is not the problem: Mismanagement is.” From Conflict to Courage: How to Stop Avoiding and Start Leading helps leaders develop the identity, mindsets, and skills to identify dysfunctional patterns, increase emotional integrity, promote personal responsibility, and work with structures to get business results. From Conflict to Courage is about changing one’s leadership by building conflict capacity, which includes “the inner game,” the outer game, and the culture. In Chapter 7 leaders get a step-by-step blueprint to initiate difficult conversations, overcome resistance, and create a culture of accountability.
