ABOUT DULCEE LOEHN
Dulcee Loehn spent over 20 years in executive and operations management within corporate America. She has had full financial management responsibility for an $18 million service business and full profit and loss, asset management and forecasting responsibility for a $4 million service business with 15 field employees. Through her business management and leadership skills, she increased the team's performance from achieving 65% of plan to 132% of plan within an 18 month period.
She has extensive experience in all aspects of small to medium business management including inside and outside sales, financial benchmarking and measurement, inventory control, accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer service and human resource management.
Dulcee left the corporate environment to pursue her passion of business coaching. She founded FocalPoint Business Performance of Tampa Bay in 2008 and partners with clients to enhance their effectiveness, profitability, and quality of life. She produces impressive and measurable results for clients while building strong, long lasting relationships.
In addition to running her coaching practice, Dulcee is the Director of Coach Support, a Certified Trainer and Coach Mentor for FocalPoint International. She also co-authored a best-selling book, Pushing to the Front, with Brian Tracy.
Dulcee recently completed her certification in Conversational Intelligence. Coach Dulcee has a Certificate in Process Management from the University of Florida. She also has a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of South Florida.
Community Involvement: Dulcee is committed to making a difference in her community by involving herself with the Rotary Club of Wesley Chapel. She is a frequent volunteer and a past board member. Dulcee is also a Guardian Ad Litem, advocating for children in the dependency system.
