The Complexities and Challenges of Communicating Within a Nonprofit or Association with Lauren Lawson-Zilai
Lawson-Zilai will address the complexities and challenges of communications within a nonprofit or association. She will share her experiences of managing communications for a large network with a geographically dispersed team, as well as provide tips for keeping members and stakeholders engaged all while managing communications on a shoestring budget. Lawson-Zilai is the director of PR for Goodwill Industries International where she leads external communications including managing celebrity spokespeople, public relations, video production, and digital/social media and cause partnerships.
Lawson-Zilai has been quoted frequently in the press, including the Associated Press, Chronicle of Philanthropy, The New York Times, and USA TODAY.
