Meredith Barnett is a wordsmith on a mission to craft and curate fresh education stories. As online communications specialist at CASE—The Council for Advancement and Support of Education, she creates online content and manages social media strategy and implementation. She’s written for and led communications projects at several education associations, and served with AmeriCorps in Rockport, Maine, directing middle school girls’ book clubs. In 2009, she graduated from Ohio University’s Honors Tutorial College with a bachelor’s degree in journalism. Karen M. Cazares is an award-winning public relations and marketing consultant in Los Angeles who specializes in capturing a company’s vision with the written word, mutually beneficial partnering, and detailed project management for small and mid-size businesses, non-profits and female entrepreneurs. Hayley Harding is a student at Ohio University, where she studies journalism and political science.
