Springfield, MO – Jan. 18, 2016 - You’ve put your heart into that story or communications campaign. Now enter the AWC Clarion Awards for your efforts to be recognized nationally as among the best in the media industry.

Sponsored by the Association for Women in Communications (AWC), The Clarions are recognized throughout the communications industry as achievements of excellence and professionalism. The Clarions include more than 100 categories — advertising, education, fundraising, graphic design, internal communications, magazines, marketing, feature writing, online journalism, public relations, radio, television and special events.

The awards are open to everyone, to organizations large and small. Importantly, peer judges review each submission based on budget size, so all entries are considered fairly.

Registration begins Jan. 14. To do so, simply visit the AWC website at www.womcom.org and click the link to the Clarion Awards site, complete the online entry forms, upload any supporting materials, review your entry and submit. It’s never been easier to gain recognition as one of today’s top communications professionals!

To qualify, more than half of an entry must have been published, broadcast or implemented between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2015. Early Bird savings of up to 25 percent are available until February 29, 2016. All entries must be submitted by the final deadline of April 11, 2016. Visit the Clarion website for further details and online registration.
