Sponsorships

Sponsorships support AWC chapter scholarships for both students and professionals seeking to begin or advance a career in communications. Scholarships will provide funding for emerging professionals, attendance at AWC conferences or for academic study. We offer three types of sponsorships – Chapter, Meeting, and Special Event.

Sponsor Our Chapter for One Year (3 three levels)

Platinum Level $2,500

Benefits

• Display organization logo and link to your company website on the AWC website for one year
• List corporate profile (up to 250 words) on sponsor page for one year
• Distribute two (2) mailings per year to AWC’s membership (at sponsor’s cost)
• Recognize your support in e-mails and other marketing materials for one year
• Introduce your representative as sponsor or recognize your support at each chapter meeting
• Allow to provide information to members at chapter meetings

Gold Level $1,500

Benefits

• Display organization logo on the AWC website for one year
• List corporate profile (up to 150 words) on sponsor page for one year
• Distribute one (1) mailing per year to AWC’s membership (at sponsor’s cost)
• Recognize your support in e-mails and other marketing materials for one year

Silver Level $500

Benefits

• Display organization logo on the AWC website for one year
• List corporate profile (up to 75 words) on sponsor page for one year
• Recognize your support in e-mails and other marketing materials for one year

Sponsor a Chapter Meeting

We offer two options for sponsoring a Chapter Meeting.

Sponsor an Individual Meeting – Offsite – $250

Benefits

• Display organization logo and link to your company website within AWC meeting reminder/information
• Introduce your representative as sponsor or mention your support at chapter meeting
• Provide opportunity to welcome attendees (three – five minutes) and to share information about your organization
• Display your information to members at sponsored chapter meeting

Host an Individual Meeting – Onsite – $350 Plus cost of food for guests

Benefits

• Display organization logo and link to your company website within AWC meeting reminder/information
• Recognize your representative as sponsor at chapter meeting
• Provide opportunity to welcome attendees (three – five minutes) and to share information about your organization, host tour of facility, and provide professional expertise as meeting program subject
• Display your information to members at sponsored chapter meeting

Sponsor a Special Chapter Event

Details provided upon request. $100-$1,000 levels dependent upon your contribution. We typically offer workshops and networking events. Each event offers its own benefits, which may include:

• Display organization logo and link to your company website within AWC meeting reminder/information of that sponsored activity
• Recognize your representative as event sponsor at that chapter activity
• Provide opportunity to welcome attendees (three – five minutes) and to share information about your organization
• Display your information to members at that activity
